We provide direct billing for certain insurance companies. A full list of supported Insurance Companies is provided below.
Please let the staff know your insurance policy and provider before the treatment, so we can provide you with accurate information on your billing.
If your provider is not on the list, please give us a call to confirm.
We are not responsible for your insurance coverage or any deductibles, doctor’s note rejections, plan rejections and/or co-pay.

What is Direct Billing?
Our direct billing service allows us to submit claims on your behalf directly to your private insurance provider. This convenient process ensures prompt responses from insurers, enabling you to pay only the portion not covered by your insurance plan.
With direct billing, there’s no need to disrupt your treatment by dealing with paperwork or covering the full cost upfront. This service is designed to streamline your experience, saving you time and reducing out-of-pocket expenses.
Please note that the availability of direct billing depends on your specific insurance coverage. We recommend contacting your insurance company or reviewing your policy details to understand your eligibility.
You will be responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance.
In certain instances, you may need to submit a claim manually.
In situations where your policy does not allow for direct payment to us, you will be required to cover the full service cost. Any reimbursements from your insurance will be returned to you, the insured member, either through a cheque or direct deposit, depending on your arrangement with your insurer.

Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. With that in mind:
- 24 hours notice: is required for all cancelled or rescheduled appointments. This allows someone else an opportunity to receive care in your place.
- Less than 24 hours notice: You will be charged the full treatment amount if we are unable to fill the slot.
- Missed appointments: with no prior notice you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment and you may be restricted from being able to book online in the future.
- Please note: missed appointments cannot be billed to your extended health benefits provider.
Our cancellation policy allows our clinicians to stay busy, get paid, and be available to clients who need your cancelled treatment times—we don’t like it, but we have to have one.
