We Don’t Like It, but We Have to Have One

Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. With that in mind:
- 24 hours notice: is required for all cancelled or rescheduled appointments. This allows someone else an opportunity to receive care in your place.
- Less than 24 hours notice: You will be charged the full treatment amount if we are unable to fill the slot.
- Missed appointments: with no prior notice you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment and you may be restricted from being able to book online in the future.
- Please note: missed appointments cannot be billed to your extended health benefits provider.
- Solicitation: Any mistreatment or solicitation of staff will result in being responsible for the full amount of the visit and being banned from our clinic. We take the safety of our practitioners and staff very seriously.
Our cancellation policy allows our clinicians to stay busy, get paid, and be available to clients who need your cancelled treatment times—we don’t like it, but we have to have one.
