Hi, my name is Chelsea.

I graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy.

My treatment method involves the use of various assessment tools to find the root cause of patient dysfunction. I then use that knowledge to develop a course of treatment that is always patient centered.

I have a passion for preventative and rehabilitative therapy.

This focus was born from personal experience with sport-related injuries. My need for personal injury recovery and prevention, combined with my RMT Training, gives me a unique perspective for treating the following:

• Sports & Athletic Related Injuries
• Surgical recovery and rehabilitation.
• Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) dysfunction
• Tendonitis
• Carpal tunnel 
• Peripheral nerve pathologies 

Self-care and therapeutic exercises are a very important part of treatment. This will increase the speed of recovery, and longevity of the treatment results. The result will be enhanced recovery in a reduced timeframe. 

In my spare time you will see me at the gym, eating a lot of healthy food, and taking adventures around B.C. with my dogs.
